Accommodation Teijo – Our Villa Glasshouse Merikulma is a new and modern summer cottage in Teijo. It is located right next to the Teijo National Park and old Kirjakkala Ironworks.

The house is influenced by the American architect Philip Johnson. Solar panels, air/water heat pump, underfloor heating, LED lightning and air conditioning secure efficient and sustainable energy consumption. There is also a new sauna building that is equipped with a traditional wood-heated sauna stove.

There are two 2-bed bedrooms, large living room, kitchen and bathroom in the house. We have preferred traditional Finnish design furniture and items, which make the house comfortably yet stylish. In addition, there is a large outdoor terrace, where one can cook dinner with a gas grill and enjoy the beautiful view down to the backyard.

One pet at a time is allowed and sofabed in the living room makes it possible to accommodate one additional under 12-year old child.

The kitchen is well equipped with a dish washer, stove, oven, set of dishes such as plates, cutlery and glasses, toaster, water boiler, coffee maker, fridge and small freezer.

There is also a Playstation 3 console, large flat-screen tv and wireless internet that might come to use if the weather doesn’t allow enjoying the nature.

The bathroom is equipped with shower, hair dryer and washing machine.

We provide clean towels and bedsheets.

Note that only the people living in the house are allowed to sleep on the property. Sleeping in a car or tent on the property is not allowed and causes cancellation of the property.

Cleaning: the tenant shall take the trash to the bin that is located in the property, puts the dishes in the dish machine and cleans the place after her/him. Out cleaning service costs 100 euros.

The reservation starts at 15.00 and ends at 12.00.

The daily price is cheaper if the property is rented for a longer period.

Cancellations and changes

The cancellation date is when the service provider has received the information about the cancellation. The client is responsible for sending the cancellation in time.
If the client cancels the reservation:
- 14 days before of the starting date of the accommodation, the full price is returned.
- 0-14 days before the starting date of the accommodation, the return is not possible and the whole rental price is charged.
